The Tempur+Sealy Customer Experience Sweepstakes 2025

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  Void where prohibited by law and outside the United States. 

1. SWEEPSTAKES TERM AND DEADLINES: The Tempur+Sealy Customer Experience Sweepstakes 2025 (individually and plurally, the “Sweepstakes”) will be conducted as twelve (12) SEPARATE SWEEPSTAKES with separate start and end dates (“Sweepstakes Periods”), with entry periods, drawing schedule, and prizes as set forth below.  Each Sweepstakes will be offered in multiple creative presentations requesting customers share experiences and customer product reviews; one (1) prize will be awarded from the combined eligible entries from those presentations.

 

SWEEPSTAKES IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH FACEBOOK, INC., X CORP. (TWITTER), OR INSTAGRAM, INC.

2. SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR: Sponsor - Tempur Sealy International, Inc., 1000 Tempur Way, Lexington, KY 40511; Administrator - Promosis, Inc., 89 Front Street, Suite 205, Marblehead, MA 01945.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Each Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States and D.C. (except residents of Puerto Rico and all other US Territories and Possessions, and APO/ FPO addresses), who are aged eighteen (18) years or older (nineteen (19) years or older in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one (21) years or older in Mississippi) as of the date of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Tempur Sealy International, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Promosis, Inc. (“Administrator”), and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, authorized agents, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, advertising, promotion partners, or production agencies, prize providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents and all individuals (including, but not limited to, consultants, independent contractors, temporary employees, former employees and interns) who have, within the past six months, performed services for such entities, and their IRS dependents, immediate families (parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and/or members of their households, (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), whether related or not, are ineligible to participate or win in each Sweepstakes.  Participation constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes and which Sponsor and/or Administrator may decide in their sole discretion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Non-eligibility will result in disqualification.  

4. HOW TO ENTER: There are four (4) methods of entry provided for each Sweepstakes listed in Section 1. Online entries must be completed and received by 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the end date of each separate Sweepstakes Period to be eligible for entry in that Sweepstakes.  Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end date of each separate Sweepstakes Period in order to be eligible for that Sweepstakes Period.  For purposes of the Sweepstakes, the sole determinant of the current time will be the clock on the promotion website server, regardless of what any other timekeeping device might indicate.

A. Social Media: Eligible Tempur+Sealy customers who receive an invitation email or product insert may earn one (1) entry at any time during any Sweepstakes Period by following the directions in that invitation or insert, as follows (invitation email or product insert is valid only for intended recipient and is not transferable): 

1. Post a photo of any Cocoon by Sealy product to Instagram or X and tag it with @cocoonbysealy and the hashtags #CocoonSweepstakes and #CocoonbySealy at any time during a Sweepstakes Period; or

2. On the Cocoon by Sealy Facebook Page, comment on the pinned post with a photo, and tag it with @cocoonbysealy and hashtags #CocoonSweepstakes and #CocoonbySealy; or

3. Post a photo of any Tempur-Pedic product to Instagram or X and tag it with @tempurpedic and the hashtags #TempurLoveSweepstakes and #TempurPedic at any time during a Sweepstakes Period; or

4. On the Tempur-Pedic Facebook Page, comment on the page about your Tempur-Pedic mattress, and tag it with @tempurpedic and hashtags #TempurLoveSweepstakes and #TempurPedic; or

5. Post a photo of any Sealy product to Instagram or X  and tag it with @sealy and the hashtags #SealySweepstakes and #Sealy at any time during a Sweepstakes Period; or

6. On the Sealy Facebook Page, comment about your Sealy mattress on the timeline, and tag it with @sealymattress and hashtags #SealySweepstakes and #Sealy.

7. Post a photo of any Stearns & Foster product to Instagram and tag it with @stearnsandfoster and the hashtags #StearnsandFosterSweepstakes and #StearnsandFoster at any time during a Sweepstakes Period; or

8. On the Stearns & Foster Facebook Page, comment about your Stearns & Foster mattress on the timeline, and tag it with @stearnsandfoster and hashtags #StearnsandFosterSweepstakes and #StearnsandFoster.

2. Tempur-Pedic Pillow customers: Tempur-Pedic Pillow customers may enter by doing the following, any time during any Sweepstakes Period:

1. Visit share.tempurpillows.com and follow the directions to submit your email address, and then use the “Share” tool to share your experience with the Tempur-Pedic pillow on Facebook or X. You must include the hashtag #sweepstakes in the experience you share. You may share to both Facebook and X, but only one (1) entry will be earned. 

2. Alternatively, Tempur-Pedic Pillow customers may enter by following the instructions on the confirmation page after making a Tempur-Pedic Pillow purchase to submit an entry.  

C. Tempur-Pedic, Cocoon by Sealy, Sealy, and Stearns & Foster customers: Eligible Tempur-Pedic, Cocoon by Sealy, Sealy, and Stearns & Foster customers who receive an invitation email may enter by following the directions to complete and submit an online review of their product purchase(s), any time during any Sweepstakes Period (invitation email or product insert is valid only for intended recipient and is not transferable).  Product review(s) must be complete and solely the customer's original work, as well as reflecting the customer's honest opinions based on his/her actual, current experience in using the applicable Tempur-Pedic, Cocoon by Sealy, Sealy, and Stearns & Foster product. Submitting multiple reviews for a single purchase or reviews for products not purchased will result in Sweepstakes disqualification. One (1) entry may be earned for a product review for each brand (Tempur-Pedic, Cocoon by Sealy, Sealy, and Stearns & Foster), limit four (4) total. Customers who receive a product insert may enter by clicking here to write a review for Tempur-Pedic and here to write a review for Stearns & Foster.

D. To enter without making a purchase: Mail a standard-size postcard, only, with your hand-printed full name, address, daytime phone number, and email address to: The Tempur+Sealy Customer Experience Sweepstakes 2025, P.O. Box 612, Marblehead, MA 01945. 

Social Media Content Guidelines: Social media accounts must be “public” and viewable by Sponsor and Administrator to be eligible as an entry.  All posts must include the tags outlined in Sections 4A and 4B above; if they do not include the required tags, they will be disqualified.  Social posts, photos, videos and/or other content posted as part of an entry must be participant’s original work and cannot have previously been submitted in a sweepstakes or competition, cannot copy or plagiarize from any source, violate the publicity rights or privacy rights of any person (living or deceased), or otherwise infringe upon any personal or proprietary rights of any person or entity, or contain or link to any material that is obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, threatening, violent, harassing, disparaging or offensive. Entries must not include any material that is owned by any third party, or include any third party, or that otherwise violates or infringes any copyright or trademark or other right of any third party.  Social media entries must comply with the Terms of Service and Rules and all technical requirements of the social media platform on which it is posted, as applicable.  

Limit seven (7) entries per person, per Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the entry method used. You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win.  Submitting multiple entries beyond what is specified above will result in Sweepstakes disqualification. Entries must be submitted by the participant, and the participant must be the owner of the Facebook, Instagram and/or X (Twitter) account used to enter the Sweepstakes. Bulk or automated entries or entries submitted by third parties may be disqualified. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, email addresses, logins, or any other methods will disqualify that participant’s entries, and that participant and/or entries may be disqualified.  Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address.  In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a participant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the social media account used to enter will be deemed to be the participant or participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address and/or social media account by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider, social media platform or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.  Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor or forfeit the prize.  Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply.  By entering, you agree that Sponsor may contact you via social media, including on Facebook, Instagram or X (Twitter), by sending you a direct message, tagging you, posting to your social media page or naming you on Sponsor’s social media page. Sponsor reserves the right to publish any submitted entry, in full or in part, in any and all media. Such publication is not an indication that the entry has been selected as a prize winner.

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected via random drawing from among all eligible entries received by the applicable deadline in each separate Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will be conducted approximately five business (5) days after the deadline of each Sweepstakes Period, as indicated in Section 1, by PROMOSIS, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions in all matters relating to these Sweepstakes are final and binding. Potential winner will be notified by email or social media direct message from Promosis, and will be required to complete a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and liability/publicity release that must be returned and received by Promosis within 5 days of the date it is sent to the potential winner. If potential winner cannot be contacted for any reason, or does not respond to the prize notification email within prescribed time period, or is determined to be ineligible or in violation of these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited (without compensation of any kind), and an alternate will be randomly selected from the remaining pool of eligible entries received for the original drawing. If Sponsor and/or Administrator are unable to determine and verify a potential winner after repeated alternate drawings or if Sponsor and/or Administrator fail to receive a sufficient number of entries to correspond to the number of prizes available to be awarded, Sponsor reserves the right to not award all prizes. The odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received in each Sweepstakes Period.

Verification of Potential Winners:  ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND/OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.  A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

6. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize of $2,500 cash will be awarded, via Visa e-Gift Card, in each Sweepstakes. 

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of prize not specifically stated herein and will be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the retail value of prize awarded. Prize may not be substituted, assigned, or transferred, in whole or in part. In no event will Sponsor be obligated to award more than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, prize winner(s) will be selected at random from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims for the applicable Sweepstakes. 

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Participation constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s and/or Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor, Administrator and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, telephone transmission problems, or garbled transmissions or miscommunications; computer or software malfunctions, or damage to a user’s computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise.  Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor and/or Administrator.  Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.  

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, any website associated with the Sweepstakes, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.  

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be run as planned, Sponsor may disqualify any suspect entries and/or (a) suspend the Sweepstakes and modify the Sweepstakes to address the impairment, then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (b) award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.  

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, RELEASE AND WAIVER: Except where prohibited by law, and as further provided below, participant authorizes Tempur Sealy International, Inc. and its affiliates and related companies (collectively “TSI”) to use materials posted to the Internet, social media, web, digital and email properties associated with Tempur-Pedic, Sealy, Stearns & Foster, or Cocoon by Sealy, which may include photographs, videos, comments, ideas, notes, concepts, or other materials (together, “Materials”), along with participant’s name, likeness, and/or written endorsement (“Content”) on the Internet, in all social media outlets, and on the TSI website in connection with any of the TSI’s business or promotional activities.  Participant represents and warrants that participant is the creator and owner of the Content and that to the extent the Content includes information about TSI products that these statements reflect my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experience for which participant has not been compensated or promised any benefit in return. Participant authorizes and agrees that TSI may make any reasonable alterations (such as editing, cropping, shrinking, expanding, etc.) to the Content to make it suitable for TSI’s use. I understand that TSI cannot control use of the Content by other parties once it has been distributed or posted on the Internet. Participant further understand that TSI intends to distribute the Content throughout the United States and that the Content will be accessible worldwide once posted on the TSI website and on social media platforms. I understand that TSI intends to use the Content for commercial purposes and may profit from such use. However, Participant affirms and agrees that he/she was not offered or promised consideration (such as compensation) in exchange for my willingness to create or post the Content and does not expect any such compensation.  

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES PARTICIPANT’S GRANT TO TEMPUR SEALY INTERNATIONAL, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES AND RELATED COMPANIES (COLLECTIVELY “TSI”) (WHICH GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR), THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH, BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLD WIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR TIMES, THE PARTICIPANT’S ENTRY, NAME, PORTRAIT, PICTURE, VOICE, LIKENESS, OPINIONS AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HOMETOWN AND STATE) FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HIS OR HER NAME ON SOCIAL MEDIA, THE WORLD WIDE WEB, TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION, COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION.  

BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT SUCH ENTRY, COMMUNICATIONS. PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOS, SUBMISSIONS, CREATIVE SUGGESTIONS, IDEAS, NOTES, CONCEPTS OR OTHER MATERIALS (“SUBMISSIONS”) THAT PARTICIPANT MAY SUBMIT TO SPONSOR OR POST TO FACEBOOK, X (TWITTER), INSTAGRAM, rules.promosis.com/share or share.tempurpillows.com  IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, INCLUDING ALL RIGHTS EMBODIED THEREIN, WHETHER SENT VIA THE WEBSITE, BY ELECTRONIC MAIL, BY POSTAL MAIL OR BY SOME OTHER MEANS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION AS DEFINED IN SPONSOR’S PRIVACY POLICY, AVAILABLE AT https://www.tempurpedic.com/customer-service/privacy-policy-general/ SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE NON-CONFIDENTIAL, NON-PROPRIETARY AND TSI SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO SUCH SUBMISSIONS AND SHALL BE FREE TO EDIT, EXPLOIT, MODIFY, PUBLISH, REPRODUCE, USE, DISCLOSE, DISSEMINATE AND DISTRIBUTE THE SUBMISSIONS TO OTHERS WITHOUT LIMITATION IN ANY AND ALL MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR NOT CURRENTLY KNOWN, THROUGHOUT THE WORLD IN PERPETUITY FOR ANY PURPOSE WITHOUT COMPENSATION, PERMISSION OR NOTIFICATION TO PARTICIPANT OR ANY THIRD-PARTY. PARTICIPANT HEREBY GRANTS TO THE TSI AND ITS LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, AN IRREVOCABLE, AND WORLD-WIDE LICENSE TO USE IN PERPETUITY THE SUBMISSIONS IN ANY FORM OR FORMAT AND TO MODIFY THE SAME, AND ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT IF SPONSOR DOES USE THE SUBMISSIONS PARTICIPANT SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY CREDIT, CONSIDERATION, NOTICE OR PAYMENTS OF ANY KIND.  PARTICIPANT WAIVES ANY MORAL RIGHTS HE OR SHE MAY HAVE TO THE SUBMISSIONS, AND AGREES THAT IF SPONSOR ELECTS TO USE SUBMISSIONS FOR ANY PURPOSE, ALL RIGHTS UNDER COPYRIGHT OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS WHICH MAY RESULT FROM THAT RELATING TO PARTICIPANT’S SUBMISSIONS OR FROM USE OF THE SAME BY SPONSOR SHALL BE THE SOLE PROPERTY OF SPONSOR.  PARTICIPANT FURTHER AGREES THAT IF SPONSOR ELECTS TO USE PARTICIPANT’S SUBMISSIONS, PARTICIPANT WILL EXECUTE ANY DOCUMENTS REQUESTED BY SPONSOR REGARDING THIS ASSIGNMENT.  IF ANY USE BY SPONSOR OF THE SUBMISSIONS CAUSES IT TO BE LIABLE TO ANY THIRD-PARTY, PARTICIPANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, COSTS, JUDGMENTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY FEES) WHICH IT INCURS AS A RESULT OF ITS USE OF THE SUBMISSIONS.  SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO PARTICIPANTS.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES, ADMINISTRATOR, FACEBOOK, X (TWITTER), INSTAGRAM, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, AND CONTRACTORS, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY PARTICIPANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR INJURY TO PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ENTRY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.  THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY OR ALL SWEEPSTAKES CANNOT BE ADMINISTERED OR CONDUCTED OR ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS RESULTING OR ARISING FROM ACTS OF GOD, WAR, OR TERRORISM, CIVIL UNREST, STRIKES, SUPPLY SHORTAGES, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, EPIDEMICS, PANDEMICS, COMPLIANCE WITH ANY LAW OR ORDER OF A GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY, OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR ACT, EVENT, OR OCCURRENCE BEYOND THE REASONABLE CONTROL OF THE SPONSOR.  BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND USE OF ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SUCH SITE.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States.  Except where prohibited, participant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Kentucky or the appropriate State Court located in Fayette County, Kentucky; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes not to exceed fifty US Dollars (US$50.00), but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Kentucky, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Kentucky or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Kentucky.

10. PRIVACY: Entrants consent to the use of their customer information in accordance with the Tempur+Sealy privacy policy.

Box 38, Marblehead, MA 01945. Do not send any other correspondence to this address. Vermont residents may exclude return postage on requests for Official Rules.
